Adoption Strategist - India

ElevenLabs is seeking an Adoption Strategist to work remotely in India. The role involves driving adoption of the company's core use cases and identifying new ones among corporate and midmarket customers. The ideal candidate will be genuinely technical, deep in product expertise, and able to build scalable implementation and enablement processes.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deliver scalable implementation and enablement processes to educate customers on best practices
• Develop deep product expertise across the ElevenLabs platform, focusing on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative
• Audit customer agents' prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps and share recommendations
• Track and drive key adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on reporting capabilities
• Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns
• Engage with external implementation partners and internal teams to unify adoption strategy across the customer journey

Requirements:

• 6+ years in implementation, solutions consulting/engineering, technical account management, or similar at a technical SaaS or AI-native company
• Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
• A track record of building adoption-focused programs from the ground up
• Strong analytical skills and ability to think in systems
• Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority
• Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment
• Fluency in English is essential
