Description
We are seeking a Forward Deployed Strategist to lead strategic customer engagements from initial workshops to delivery. You will collaborate with executive sponsors to identify high-value use cases, define project scopes, and ensure successful outcomes.
You will work closely with a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) in a pod structure, owning the executive relationship and delivery shape, while the FDE focuses on deeper production builds. Your responsibilities include:
- Scoping: Partner with executive sponsors to define project scopes, translating business problems into concrete deliverables with clear ROI.
- Delivery: Collaborate with the FDE on technical builds, focusing on configuration layers such as workflows, integrations, and platform tooling.
- Executive Relationship: Establish and maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders, selling the vision and plan, and translating between business outcomes and technical implementations.
- Adoption: Drive technical enablement and adoption, providing hands-on training, building playbooks, and coaching customer teams.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Deployment Strategy, or technical consulting, with expertise in agentic coding, LLMs, and AI-production workflows. You should be comfortable with Cursor workflows, integrations, and platform configurations, and able to communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
