Description
We are seeking a Staff Analyst, Advanced Analytics, Payments to join our Analytics team. As a key data thought partner, you will drive strategic vision for Airbnb's global Payments operations, streamlining integrated, data-informed decision-making across Payments Platform, Product, and Operations teams.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of industry experience in business analytics and a degree (Masters or PhD) in a quantitative field. You will be responsible for:
- Delivering actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
- Championing day-to-day analytics and architecting scalable reporting platforms
- Identifying frictions in the user journey to optimize experiences for Guests, Hosts, and agents
- Solving complex domain challenges using advanced quantitative measurement, machine learning models, AI, and experimentation
- Developing sophisticated analytical frameworks and statistical models to establish causal inference and drive measurable business impact
- Translating experimental results into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders
In this role, you will utilize Airbnb's sophisticated data infrastructure and machine learning tools to expand our organizational measurement capacity. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers and product managers to drive strategic Payments roadmaps and user journey optimizations through data-informed insights.
The base pay range for this role is $180,000-$221,000 USD.
