We are looking for a Beauty Expert to join our team at Douglas in Hamburg. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for increasing our KPIs and exceeding expectations, turning customers into Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors, and providing excellent customer service while embodying our brand style.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Experience in the beauty industry or similar field
• Enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury and willingness to represent our brand
• Ideally, make-up artist experience
• Positive attitude, energy, and customer-oriented thinking
• German language skills at level B2
