If you're ready to change the way the world moves, join us at BlueOval Battery Park Michigan. As a Senior Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be a key part of the launch team that will help bring the electrification revolution to driveways, job sites, and highways everywhere.
In this role, you'll lead a dedicated hourly team, fostering an environment where they can do their best work and feel empowered. You'll be responsible for safety, operational excellence, strategic focus, team leadership, data-driven decision making, continuous improvement, and conflict resolution.

- Accountability & Fairness: Champion accountability, managing both your own performance and that of the hourly workforce regarding processes and standards
- Maintenance Work Planning & Scheduling: Lead the detailed development, coordination, and control of maintenance and project work packages to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution
- Coordination & Data Management: Coordinate multi-discipline work planning activities across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & control (I&C), and facility workstreams
- Compliance & Operational Support: Apply formal change management protocols to address scope, schedule, or resource deviations while maintaining configuration control
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience
- Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends
- Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls
Even better, you may have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or a related technical field
- Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology and / or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) Experience
- Strong working knowledge and proficiency with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, any maintenance scheduling)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in maintenance work planning within a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of project controls, including cost estimation, earned value, scheduling logic, and risk mitigation strategies
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and FMEA processes
- Prior experience in a facility start-up or new equipment commissioning environment
- Six Sigma: Black or Green Belt certified
- Knowledge of constraint management principles
