Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounting Specialist to join our finance operations team. As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the daily financial operations of our logistics broker, ensuring accurate and efficient financial management, and maintaining contact with our customer team to resolve any discrepancies or queries.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting. They will also have excellent Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, such as SAP. Inglés Avanzado is required.
As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the daily financial operations of our logistics broker
- Ensuring accurate and efficient financial management
- Maintaining contact with our customer team to resolve any discrepancies or queries
- Processing payments to suppliers, reconciling information between CargoWise and SAP, and executing the factoring process
- Gestionar cobranzas y seguimiento de cuentas
