The Senior Manager, Identity and Access Management (IDAM) is a key leader in the organization, responsible for designing and overseeing a comprehensive IAM strategy that safeguards critical systems, data, and applications. This role will oversee a team of IDAM professionals executing processes and initiatives that ensure only authorized users and devices have appropriate access to the organization's resources, while enhancing operational efficiency through automation and streamlined processes.
This role also involves developing and enforcing IDAM governance frameworks, policies, and procedures, ensuring that identity and access management aligns with evolving business objectives and mitigates risks posed by emerging threats. The Senior Manager will lead a high-performing IDAM team, fostering collaboration across departments, and working closely with executive leadership to deliver secure and scalable access solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing visionary leadership for the Identity and Access Management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Leading the IAM function within the broader cybersecurity organization, emphasizing cross-functional collaboration with global IT, cybersecurity, legal, and business units.
- Establishing and enforcing governance for third-party vendor access to corporate systems, ensuring continuous monitoring and adherence to stringent security standards.
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive reporting framework for IDAM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics, ensuring visibility into the health and performance of IDAM processes.
- Building and maintaining strategic relationships with global IDAM technology vendors, ensuring the organization leverages best-in-class solutions that align with business goals and security requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IDAM technologies, experience with IDAM platforms, and the ability to design, implement, and manage complex identity lifecycle management processes across global environments.
The Senior Manager, IDAM will serve as the primary advisor to executive leadership on IDAM strategies, providing insights into risks, opportunities, and the evolving global landscape of identity and access management.
