Production Supervisor Maintenance- Supplemental

We are seeking a Production Supervisor Maintenance- Supplemental to join our team. This is a supervisory leadership role that requires on-the-job training, development, and opportunity for career progression.

Responsibilities:

• Create a safety culture and apply and implement workplace policies
• Lead/coach skilled trades/maintenance personnel in all aspects of asset management, including asset availability, cycle time, preventative maintenance, predictive and condition-based monitoring technologies
• Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams
• Communicate effectively with hourly team members, leaders, business partners, and customers
• Administer the CBA consistently and effectively
• Evaluate team member performance and encourage continuous improvement

Note: This is a supplemental position and is not eligible for all benefits.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience
• Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends
• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls
• Mechanical aptitude

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $84,480-141,360.
