Description
We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team and scale our business and GTM functions. You will play a pivotal role in identifying high-caliber talent needed to navigate our rapid expansion. Your focus will be on hiring across Operations, Finance, Legal, and Sales, including specialised roles like Founder's Associates and Operations Engineers.
Key responsibilities include developing tailored sourcing strategies, screening and assessing candidates, running high-quality processes, negotiating offers, and developing strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads.
As a Senior Recruiter, you will have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a heavy focus on business roles in high-performance environments. You will have a proven track record of filling operations and GTM roles, including Founder's Associate, Operations Engineer, Finance, Legal, and Sales. You will also have excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation.
