Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-starting Senior Circuit Design Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Senior Circuit Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing innovative analog/mixed-signal circuits for power delivery solutions in deep submicron technologies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing transistor-level and system-level designs of voltage regulation solutions
  • Driving the design and physical implementation of analog/mixed-signal circuit IPs
  • Performing detailed analysis to ensure good reliability and performance of the design
  • Collaborating with multi-functional teams to understand challenges and benefits of integrated power delivery solutions
  • Developing prototypes of patentable ideas on test chips and driving them to be deployed across the entire line of products

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design
  • A strong background in analog/mixed signal circuit design IPs such as op-amp, comparator, bandgap, DAC, ADC, LDO, etc.
  • Proficiency with circuit simulations for different analyses such as dc, ac, transient, loop-stability, Monte-Carlo, noise, etc.
  • Experience with industry standard EDA tools for AMS, EMIR, self-heating, aging, SOA, floating-net, parasitic-extraction, and other such simulations
  • Proven industry experience in bringing designs from concept to high volume manufacturing

If you have a strong understanding of switching (DC-DC) converters, experience with system-level design tools like Simplis, Matlab/Simulink, etc., familiarity with design-for-test (DFT) methodology, experience with scripting languages and automation methods, and effective verbal/written communication and technical presentation skills, you will be able to stand out from the crowd.
