Responsibilities:

- Provide ongoing care to patients, including exercises, modalities, and education
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress

Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods

- Experience working with patients with neurological conditions
- Certification in a specialty area, such as sports physical therapy or pediatric physical therapy
