Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a contract basis for 1 year+. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to coordinate and schedule interviews. You will work with complex and shifting calendars across multiple time zones and facilitate any schedule changes. You will also collaborate with other recruiting coordinators on best practices to streamline scheduling processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to coordinate and schedule interviews
- Working with complex and shifting calendars across multiple time zones and facilitating any schedule changes
- Collaborating with other recruiting coordinators on best practices to streamline scheduling processes
- Helping to expand our University Program and assisting with high-volume scheduling during each recruitment term
- Regularly managing pipeline activity and maintaining data integrity, and proactively sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
- Participating in intake meetings with hiring managers to understand needs, ensuring alignment between job descriptions, and target candidate profiles
- Helping to identify and improve current processes to optimize workflows and make operations seamless
- Supporting the recruiting team with ad-hoc projects as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role, 4 years of overall work experience, and experience working with applicant tracking systems. You should also be self-motivated and driven, with a problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
