Beauty Advisor (Full Time)

We are seeking a Beauty Advisor to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for reflecting the brand values and customer base, achieving optimal financial results by maximizing top line sales potential, and ensuring superior service to our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Driving personal financial results in store to meet and exceed plan, including Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as Average Unit Sales (AUS) and Items Per Transaction (IPT)
• Being a specialist amongst the retail artistry brands, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit within the parameters of the Company guidelines
• Extending exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience
• Consistently promoting the Tilbury Touch with the team and customers
• Maintaining the required inventory levels and accurate stock files
• Implementing visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement as directed by the marketing team
• Raising operational issues for resolution in a timely manner
• Establishing and developing a cooperative and mutually respectful relationship with the store retail team
• Maintaining excellent counter hygiene standards
• Maintaining the store standards and policies at all times
