Shop Assistant

We are seeking a shop assistant to support our daily operations at the Porsche Museum shop.

As a shop assistant, you will:

• Assist with daily shop operations
• Help with customer service and advice on-site, via phone, and via email
• Support logistics tasks such as checking, storing, and processing delivered goods
• Participate in external events of the Porsche Museum involving the shop

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled as a student (any gender) in at least their 3rd semester
• Experience in sales or customer service is beneficial
• Good English language skills; additional language skills are advantageous
• Proficient use of MS Office is beneficial
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Structured and independent work style
