Join us as an Implementation Consultant, Embedded Finance, and play a key role in transforming new customers into power users. You'll lead the onboarding experience for companies adopting Brex Empower, helping them shift from outdated processes to a modern, employee-first approach.
As a strategic advisor, you'll build trust, drive solutions with tenacity, deliver results fast, and work cross-functionally to make adoption seamless for customers. You'll sit on the Implementation Team and wire together partner ecosystems across Business Development and Product, configure complex integrations, and deliver customer experiences that genuinely delight.
This role focuses on ensuring successful onboarding and configuration of embedded services such as Navan, Zip, Coupa Cards, and ICCP partnerships. You'll partner with the BD team on net-new embedded partnership launches, helping define how Brex integrates with the next generation of platforms.
Responsibilities: Lead implementation work streams for embedded services across all customer segments Own end-to-end implementation for embedded-only customer projects Configure embedded services in coordination with partner tech specs and Brex Provide consultative guidance to customers to ensure embedded tools are correctly deployed Maintain deep knowledge of embedded product evolution and serve as the internal authority, educating CSMs, VIP Support, and cross-functional teams
Requirements: Experience: 2+ years in SaaS implementation, integration, or technical consulting Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with embedded finance or third-party SaaS integrations Communication: A natural communicator who can translate technical complexity into clear, confident guidance for Brex customers, partners, and internal stakeholders Execution: Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-moving environment Mindset: Energized by ambiguity
Compensation: The expected salary range for this role is $119,328 - $149,160 USD.
