Professional Growth & Mentorship

As a Physical Therapist at Team Rehab, you'll provide excellent healthcare for our patients, achieving good outcomes and making them happy with their experience of physical therapy. You'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to help them recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility. You'll create measurable, functional goals and adjust plans of care as patients progress. You'll educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury. You'll supervise and guide Techs during patient care setup and cleanup. You'll use evidence-based pain management techniques to improve function. You'll determine discharge timelines and provide patients with strategies for long-term success. You'll document evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time. You'll achieve a reasonable level of productivity, depending on the number of referrals and the type of patient presenting.
The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, a valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain), a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, passion for patient care and measurable outcomes, and strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
