Description
You will join Spotify's Music team, supporting senior leadership in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment. This role sits at the center of the team's day-to-day operations, helping leaders stay focused, prepared, and connected. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and prioritizing internal and external meetings, planning and coordinating business travel, tracking expenses and managing purchase orders, supporting day-to-day communication, organizing team events, partnering closely with your executive to align their time with team and company priorities, collaborating with communications and content teams, and supporting special projects, research, and planning work as needs come up.
You will have 3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in an executive assistant role, be able to stay organized and manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail, build strong, trusted relationships and handle sensitive information with care, work comfortably in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly, stay calm under pressure and find solutions when plans change, anticipate needs and take action before being asked, balance day-to-day execution with longer-term planning, communicate clearly and work well with a range of partners, and enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
