The Technical Implementation Specialist is responsible for bridging the gap between our core LPPA extraction tool engine and our clients’ downstream internal systems.
The Team You’ll Work With
You’ll be joining our Custom Integrations Team, a specialized engineering and delivery pod within the broader R&D and Implementation/delivery teams.
Our team is the critical link between our core LPPA engine and the production environments of the world’s leading Limited Partners (LPs).
About You
We are looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented lead who enjoys the challenge of turning complex data into seamless client solutions.
This involves:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for new clients requiring custom delivery solutions.
- Analyze client downstream system requirements to draft comprehensive Functional & Technical Specification files.
- Navigating complex data mapping requirements.
- Managing secure connectivity across diverse IT infrastructures.
- Leading a technical team to deliver bespoke integration solutions in the client-required format and under tight deadlines.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups to track progress, remove blockers, and ensure alignment with the delivery roadmap.
- Perform Internal QA on custom templates (Excel, CSV, JSON) to ensure 100% accuracy against the signed-off specifications.
- Act as the first line of defense for production issues: perform initial triage and investigation of reported bugs.
