Description
Multimatic's Test Department is seeking a Test Engineer to support the development and validation of new products. As a Test Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to evaluate components and full vehicle systems, contributing directly to how products perform in real-world conditions.
You will be part of a team that supports Multimatic's full product portfolio through durability, performance, environmental, NVH, and material testing to confirm that designs meet functional, reliability, and customer requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of test programs to validate the functional, performance, and reliability of automotive systems
- Prepare and conduct testing by setting up, configuring, and calibrating required equipment and instrumentation
- Design and develop test fixtures and systems to support testing activities, where required
- Analyze test data, identify issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems
- Contribute to the development and improvement of test methods and procedures to enhance efficiency and data quality
- Document and communicate test methods, results, and observations to support decision-making and knowledge sharing

The position is offered at the Markham location. The total cash compensation range for this position is expected to be $57,658.00 - $107,000.00.
