We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager to play a critical role in balancing innovation and practical execution across the Omen program. This role involves driving strategic decision making, evaluating program milestones, and managing appropriate resourcing in country. You will be deeply intertwined in a highly complex global program, learning technical concepts and employing them quickly.
Your key responsibilities will include stakeholder engagement, enabling cross-team collaboration, technical ownership, executing autonomously, shaping growth opportunities, and strategic planning and execution. You will work closely with the Omen lead Program Manager based in Costa Mesa, HQ, and be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, and industry partners.
To be successful in this role, you will need 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing program management role and/or systems engineering experience, preferably in the defense, national security, or aerospace domains. You should have proven experience leading a technical team of peers to field hardware or software products to real operating environments through the product development lifecycle including test, and be able to work with internal and external stakeholders across a wide range of technical comfort and at all levels.
This role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong technical, analytical, and quantitative skills, and the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive decisions. You must also be able to obtain a Secret Clearance and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
