We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business QA Associate.

As a Business QA Associate, you will support the planning and execution of end-to-end testing activities for projects within the Agile pod. You will assist in coordinating with stakeholders, including business users, IT, and project teams, to ensure seamless User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.

Your responsibilities will also include maintaining and organizing test documentation, such as test scripts, test requirements, and test plans. You will participate in test preparation, including scoping and identifying data and environment requirements for assigned projects.

You will track and report defects, ensuring all issues are properly documented and resolved prior to release. You will contribute to validation activities during UAT phases for new functionality, enhancements, and regression testing.

You will assist in monitoring the progress of testing tasks, raising issues and escalating when necessary. You will ensure testing outcomes are aligned with business goals and meet established quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally with experience in customer-focused organisations, digital transformation, or change management.
  • Good understanding of testing processes, with a keen interest in the insurance business domain.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to complete assigned tasks effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn project methodologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

What additional skills will be good to have?

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain findings.
  • Strong teamwork and relationship management abilities to collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • High levels of motivation, resilience, and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Experience or knowledge in banking and insurance domains is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus.
