Description
We are seeking an accomplished senior leader to spearhead our Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform practice, with strong expertise in Azure, integrations, and data solutions. This individual will drive end-to-end presales, solutioning, and business development for the Financial Services domain, ensuring proactive engagement with clients and successful delivery of complex enterprise solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 20-25 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, and Azure ecosystem, with a strong understanding of integration patterns, data architecture, and cloud-native solutions. They will also have extensive experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) and a proven track record of building practices, driving revenue growth, and managing senior client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end presales activities including RFP responses, proposals, and proactive pursuits.
- Design and present innovative solutions leveraging Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, Azure services, and integration frameworks.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and craft winning strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients on digital transformation initiatives.
- Drive proactive pipeline generation and client engagement.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence decision-making at senior levels.
