Oracle ERP Senior Program Delivery Lead-Netherlands

We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Senior Program Delivery Lead to join our team in the Netherlands. As a Senior Program Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and selling Oracle ERP solutions, overseeing delivery of Oracle ERP solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and managing proactive Oracle proposal development.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, sales capability, and negotiation skills, as well as extensive programme and delivery management skills. They will be well-established in the Oracle ecosystem, with a proven track record of achievement in selling and delivering consulting and technology services.

Responsibilities:

• Shaping and selling Oracle ERP solutions by engaging with senior stakeholders
• Overseeing delivery of Oracle ERP solutions in a programme and/or workstream management capacity
• Identifying new and expansion business opportunities
• Managing proactive Oracle proposal development
• Assuming the role of trusted advisor to clients
• Operating successfully within a service and/or consulting organisation
• Coordinating relationship building activities across teams
• Taking accountability for consulting revenues and operating margins
• Providing stewardship to subordinate managers

Requirements:

• Strong commercial acumen, sales capability, and negotiation skills
• Extensive programme and delivery management skills
• Well-established networks, relationships, and involvement in the Oracle ecosystem
• Ability to work at a senior level within complex organisations
• Proven track record of achievement in selling and delivering consulting and technology services
• Recognised expertise in Oracle Applications
• Strong presentation skills
• Collaborative team player with a willingness to lead by example
• Proven ability to inspire direct and indirect internal teams, as well as clients
