About Your Role You will lead and participate in interactions and workshops with clients, deliver high-quality deliverables on complex projects, engage stakeholders across multiple teams and organizations, take ownership and solve unclear problem statements and complex technical issues, and be a trusted advisor to the client.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in interactions and workshops with clients
  • Deliver high-quality deliverables on complex projects towards tight deadlines
  • Engage stakeholders across multiple teams and organizations for technology delivery and business change
  • Take ownership and solve unclear problem statements and complex technical issues
  • Be a trusted advisor to the client on areas of focus
  • Assist program leadership in managing risks and issues and in managing delivery
  • Mentor and direct efforts within the project delivery team
  • Contribute to firm development and practice development initiatives
  • Support the leadership team on bids and pursuits

Requirements

  • Experience within the Utilities industry in the UK Market, covering one or more of the following areas: Electricity, Water & Gas Energy
  • Experience of working on functional domains relevant to the Utilities industry for Transmission, Distribution, and B2C & B2B segments
  • Prefer experience on Data Migration on SaaS Platforms such as Kraken, CRM Implementation, Customer Transformation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in gathering, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating business requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile ways of working
  • Experience of designing, developing, and delivering projects through the full life cycle
