Flying Referent Global (Casablanca)

We are seeking a Flying Referent Global to join our team in Casablanca.

As a Flying Referent Global, you will provide technical support for assigned technologies and resolve complex incidents. You will also prepare and deploy new technologies, manage incidents within the assigned scope, and ensure configuration management within the CTR.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for assigned technologies and resolve complex incidents.
• Prepare and deploy new technologies, as well as their updates.
• Manage incidents within the assigned scope in collaboration with the L1.2 Support team (FL Leader).
• Ensure configuration management within the CTR.
• Write ReadMe documents, PWT procedures, and user guides ("How-to" documentation).
• Prepare the weekly summary of Tags within the assigned scope.
• Lead preparation review meetings (QG2).
• Act as the local technical reference and maintain effective communication with global counterparts.
• Validate the promotion of a CTR_M to a CTR_T in coordination with the project team (VOM).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or Embedded Systems Engineering.
• At least one year of experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of automotive ECU (Electronic Control Unit) architectures.
• Proven proficiency with software tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, INCA, and similar applications.
• Willingness to travel frequently between multiple sites.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
