Description
We are looking for an experienced General Manager who has successfully built and led sales and technical teams. The GM will be responsible for the overall country strategy and deliverables, in line with the company priorities. The role involves developing and executing our Country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, KPI setting and hiring. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience leading teams and highly complex projects, background in consulting and sales, deep expertise in deploying technical products and/or solutions to enterprises, owner mentality, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
The General Manager will design the optimal pipeline to reach our ambitious sales targets in the B2B side, lead interactions with the top 30 strategic accounts in the market, hire the founding country team responsible for sales and implementations, define event priorities and where to invest for brand awareness, represent ElevenLabs in events and media appearances, work with the partner ecosystem to generate new collaborations and sales opportunities, and ideate, own and drive big bets in the country.
The role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Mexico with the ability to travel to be on-site with clients, primarily in Mexico City.
