We are seeking a Demi Chef de Partie Butcher to join our team. As a Demi Chef de Partie Butcher, you will be responsible for carrying out production in assigned areas according to company portion control guidelines, recipes, and passenger demand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out production in assigned areas according to company portion control guidelines, recipes, and passenger demand.
- Supervising and coaching staff in the assigned station, ensuring product quality and consistency.
- Adhering to the daily production schedule as required by the itinerary and various outlets.
- Assisting with loading and storing as scheduled.
- Rotating products into and out of the defrosting cycle as directed.
- Developing an understanding of major proteins consumption by group required for daily production.
The ideal candidate will have completed basic training in butchery production in a large hotel or cruise ship environment and have at least three years of experience in the butchery with at least one year experience as 1st Commis Butcher.
