Description

We are seeking a Commercial CRM Specialist who is ready to wear multiple hats: Strategist, Technologist, and Marketer. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of customer relationship management for our B2B clients. You won't just be launching campaigns; you will be architecting the data and journeys that connect our commercial fleet customers to our suite of services (Telematics, Charging, Software).

You will work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and data to deliver world-class experiences that drive retention and growth. This includes designing and implementing audience-centric journeys across the full lifecycle,from lead acquisition and nurturing to onboarding, cross-sell/upsell, and win-back. You will also build and execute complex automated campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud.

Additionally, you will collaborate with Sales teams to develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies within Salesforce, targeting high-value accounts with tailored messaging that supports sales conversions. You will manage the complexities of B2B data relationships (one-to-many, company-to-employees, company-to-vehicles) and define data triggers for always-on campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience, and 3-5 years of experience in customer-centric digital marketing and marketing automation, with a specific focus on B2B CRM. They will also have hands-on proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio), Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud, as well as technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, AMPScript, and SQL for campaign customization and data segmentation.
