Sr Analyst, Payroll

Job Overview

As a Sr Payroll Analyst for the APJ region at Elastic, you'll support the Payroll Manager and collaborate with internal teams to enhance payroll systems across APJ.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for the APJ region accurately and on time, resolving discrepancies and addressing employee inquiries via ServiceNow.
• Implement data validation checks to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations throughout the APJ region.
• Generate and analyze payroll reports to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR teams to align on payroll-related issues.
• Maintain solid relationships with payroll vendors to ensure effective service delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payroll administration in the APJ region.
• Experience with payroll data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of HR management systems (Workday).
• Skills in generating payroll reports.
• Experience using data validation tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow for managing payroll inquiries.
• Experience with TMF Horizon Payroll Vendor operations (Preferred).
