Description

We are seeking a Multi-Site Counter Manager to join our team in Frankfurt. As a Multi-Site Counter Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Your duties will include:

  • Preparing and delivering weekly and monthly productivity reports to the Field Sales Manager
  • Contributing to sales success by motivating the team to achieve daily and monthly performance metrics
  • Leading and motivating a high-performing team through personal performance reviews, events with Tilbury Theatre, and general line management
  • Creating and managing monthly schedules, budgets, and payroll forecasts, taking into account economic conditions
  • Collaborating with partners and senior figures, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and procedures
  • Monitoring stock levels through sales management, audits, and inventory analysis, providing proactive advice to the Field Sales Manager on stock levels
  • Managing personnel, including talent management and succession planning for the team
  • Demonstrating integrity when dealing with complex personnel issues, adhering to personnel policies and procedures, and seeking guidance and advice when necessary
  • Mastering end-to-end recruitment processes in your store, proactively recruiting top talent, and creating a magical application atmosphere for all interested parties
  • Identifying training needs for the team in collaboration with the Field Training Manager and providing feedback on progress in areas with development potential
  • Driving performance metrics in your area, expanding them to achieve market-leading results and maintain a position at number one
  • Ensuring optimal customer experiences by incorporating the magical service method and promoting brand awareness through building lasting emotional connections with customers
  • Mastering your own counter metrics and necessary steps to manage future risks and opportunities
  • Planning the calendar year, taking into account the introduction of new products and the impact of activities/market developments from the previous trading year
  • Acting entrepreneurially by proposing plans, events, and other free measures to increase business success
  • Adhering to hygiene and safety regulations at work
  • Maintaining a flawless appearance and inspiring team members to show their best side
