Box Office Customer Service and Ticket Sales Representative

We're seeking a Box Office Customer Service and Ticket Sales Representative to join our team.

As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for selling tickets, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a secure working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Utilise the SI Tickets ticketing system to sell tickets and offer customer support
• Accept and process payments for orders, distributing correct change where necessary
• Assist customers at the Box Office Customer Service and Ticket Sales windows, resolving any issues that arise
• Answer queries about events, tickets, and schedules
• Maintain a secure working environment for cash and tickets
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous experience in cash handling and customer service, with confidence in counting money and making change
• A guest-centric, quality service attitude
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Commitment to work 85-90% of the 2026 Season Home Schedule and additional matches/events held at Sports Illustrated Stadium and Montclair State University
• Bilingual in Spanish and experience with various ticketing platforms is an asset
