Description
You will join a team that is transforming military systems with advanced technology as a Staff Electrical Engineer in the Manufacturing organisation. As a key member of the team, you will design and build complex systems and printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) to test products. You will work with data acquisition and physical layer interfaces using Field-Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA), Microcontrollers (MCU), and off-the-shelf equipment to test systems against stringent standards. Your designs will be used in test automation platforms, and you will integrate them into Anduril's Product Data Management (PDM) systems. You will also design and source PCBAs with varying complexity, architect and source circuit board test fixtures, and build internal libraries for test circuits. You will be responsible for bringing up, debugging, and characterising circuits, low-speed interfaces, and high-speed signals.
You will work in a multi-disciplinary design team, managing requirements, capturing custom circuits, and designing complex assemblies and harnesses. You will collaborate with firmware engineers to enable board support packages for embedded Linux and bring up MCU Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) platforms. You will need to think creatively and come up with solutions to solve difficult testing problems and continuously improve our methods of automation, throughput, user interfaces, and data analytics.
