Finance Business Partner - Entertaining & Hospitality

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our Entertaining & Hospitality Division at The Goodwood Estate. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering robust financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial analysis across a diverse portfolio of businesses.

Responsibilities include:

• Producing management accounts
• Supporting business managers with forecasts and budgeting
• Monitoring financial performance
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and controls
• Becoming a trusted partner to stakeholders across the division

Requirements:

• Qualified or studying towards a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or CIMA
• Strong experience within a commercial finance environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• The confidence to challenge constructively and influence decision-making
• Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations would be advantageous
