As a Student Marketeer, you will be part of the most dynamic brand ambassador programme in the world. You know the target audience of Red Bull inside out and are responsible for building up our brand and communicating the functionality of our product. You do this on your own university or college in your region.
The goal of the Student Marketeer programme is to reach new consumers, excite students, and ensure good visibility of the Red Bull brand on universities and colleges. To achieve this, you will have direct contact with the consumer and customer and invite them to try our product. Finally, you will shine during Red Bull events to create an unforgettable brand experience.
As a Student Marketeer, you prefer flexibility over a 9-to-5 job and enjoy working in a creative and lively work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Become a brand and product ambassador
You will be someone who enthusiastically wants to represent the Red Bull brand during daily contacts with potential consumers or customers. Why?
Increasing the number of people who want to try Red Bull by introducing them to the brand in a positive way through sampling at the right time and place, and answering consumer questions. You would not be a true ambassador for our brand if you did not also plan to introduce students to the world of Red Bull in innovative ways. You enjoy building and maintaining relationships. You easily enter and exit universities and colleges and do not leave without bringing the Red Bull brand to life among the students.
You also do not miss out on a Red Bull event as a visitor or colleague while performing fun tasks such as hospitality or sampling activities during Red Bull Soundclash.
- Perfect execution
As a Student Marketeer, you ensure perfect execution, share your ideas, and work together with the team during office meetings, regional meetings, or online meetings. You organize and report your work through a designated online platform. This involves organization, logistics, and execution. In addition, you have the focus to share the latest insights, trends, and opportunities that arise in the market with your colleagues if they can be beneficial for the growth of Red Bull.
- Become a sales expert
You will aim for the title of 'expert' in sales. You build relationships with local account managers and ensure good availability and visibility of Red Bull at various sales points.
You work with the sales department to open new distribution points for Red Bull within your university or college and beyond. To keep Red Bull top of mind among your established network, you support sales with relevant Red Bull materials. You complete the task by ensuring perfect execution in stores.
Requirements:
- You are studying for at least 1.5 years at a university or college
- You are right in the middle of student life, know everything about your university or college, your town, and the region, and are familiar with all activities and hotspots
- You are an energetic go-getter with an entrepreneurial mentality
- You have strong communication, creative, and social skills
- You are available for at least 13 hours a week and can specify a 2.5-day availability
- You have a passion for the Red Bull brand and the product
- You speak fluent Dutch and English
- We work with a selection day. This will take place on Tuesday, June 23rd.
