Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy in Sherwood, OR. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans to address their needs
• Conduct physical therapy sessions with patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon
