Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Franklin location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. You will also educate patients on proper techniques for exercise and stretching to prevent future injuries.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans
• Develop and implement treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
• Educate patients on proper techniques for exercise and stretching to prevent future injuries
• Work with patients to develop a home exercise program to continue their rehabilitation outside of the clinic
• Communicate with patients' physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care
