Description
GitLab is seeking a High Velocity Enablement Lead to join its Enablement & GTM AI function within the CRO organization. This role supports two VP organizations with their enablement needs, including content creation, training delivery, and analytics.
The ideal candidate will have experience in software sales, new business/sales development, or enablement, and be able to develop and lead enablement programs to equip internal high-velocity reps and leaders with the necessary content, resources, tools, and training.
Key responsibilities:
- Support two VP organizations with enablement needs
- Develop and execute enablement programs
- Partner with field leadership to identify needs and deliver customized content
- Collaborate with the enablement content team and business SMEs to develop role-specific training
- Ensure alignment of enablement activities with key internal and external events
- Leverage tools like Salesforce, Cornerstone, and Gong to deliver training
- Equip field teams for AI best practices
- Develop seller training job aids and assessments
- Measure and report on enablement effectiveness
