We are seeking a Data Management Assistant to join our Marketing & Sales department at Ford Bank. As a Data Management Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and quality of our data systems. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will help us identify and resolve data inconsistencies. You will work closely with our data management team to ensure the efficiency of our business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, enter, and maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our systems and databases.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of our data by identifying and resolving data inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with our data management team to optimize our data systems and processes.
- Provide support to our sales and marketing teams with data-related queries.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation.
Qualifications:
- Completed education in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or IT.
- Experience in data management or a related field is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
