Description

We are seeking a strategic Regional Vice President to lead our new gaming industry team in North America. The successful candidate will lead an agile team of Directors and their Enterprise Account Executives, who will be measured by achieving the team's overall quota, new logo acquisition, and growing Databricks usage within strategic gaming customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and leading a team of talented Directors and their Enterprise Account Executives to increase growth in strategic and emerging markets within the gaming industry.
  • Inspiring a culture of teamwork, leading with value, and achieving desired customer outcomes.
  • Developing trust-based relationships with customers and partners to ensure North American long-term success.
  • Encouraging learning and ongoing understanding of technical product details and our future product roadmap.
  • Leading our North American Enterprise growth plans, ensuring forecast accuracy and a predictable, high-growth business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building high-growth sales teams serving enterprise customers within North America within the big data, Cloud, or SaaS Sales Industry. They will also have a history of exceeding sales quotas in similar high-growth Enterprise software companies.
