Team Rehab is a therapist-owned network of outpatient clinics seeking a patient-focused Physical Therapist. As a Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will be evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with the ultimate goal of having patients recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care while regularly exceeding industry standards. You will provide excellent healthcare for our patients, achieving good outcomes and ensuring they are happy with their experience of physical therapy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to help them recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility.
- Creating measurable, functional goals and adjusting plans of care as patients progress.
- Educating patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury.
- Supervising and guiding Techs during patient care setup and cleanup.
- Using evidence-based pain management techniques to improve function.
- Determining discharge timelines and providing patients with strategies for long-term success.
- Documenting evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time.
- Achieving a reasonable level of productivity.
