You'll work at the intersection of technology and customer success, supporting technical integrations, migrations, and advanced AI deployments.
Deliver technical components of post-sales services engagements, including integrations, competitor migrations, custom interfaces, and SSO/SCIM implementations.
Support complex AI deployments and leverage AI tools to accelerate project delivery.
Enable internal and partner teams on technical concepts, features, and best practices.
Collaborate with sales and solution architects in pre-sales conversations to secure technical wins with key accounts.
Drive customer business outcomes, balancing utilisation, project delivery efficiency, and striving for strong CSAT results.
Work as part of project delivery teams and co-deliver with partner teams for enterprise customers.
