Rooms Division Attendant - CS

As a Rooms Division Attendant with Princess Cruises, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our onboard facilities and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exceed Rooms Division targets, reduce friction points, and ensure guest satisfaction
• Utilize Princess MedallionClass products, services, and applications to maximize the guest and teammate experience
• Maintain the company's standard of housekeeping, sanitation, and maintenance in accordance with HESS protocols
• Prepare and maintain a clean, sanitized, and welcoming public area, anticipating guest needs and reporting maintenance issues
• Promptly set up locations for activities, official inspections, and special events
• Responsibly use consumable items, linen, and cleaning chemicals, avoiding unnecessary waste
• Maintain assigned equipment clean and in good condition

• Knowledgeable about product, policy, demographic, itinerary, and port information
• Embrace an inclusive and diverse culture, instilling Shared Purpose, Core Values, and CRUISE service essentials
• Share best practices and efficiencies with the Rooms Division leadership team and colleagues
• Follow appropriate procedures for handling garbage, bio-hazardous, and sharps waste, and collaborate with those in charge to create a safe environment

• Maintain current knowledge of public health standards and ensure continuous compliance with hotel-related policies
• Promptly coordinate onboard resources to respond to outbreak situations requiring increased sanitation levels

Requirements:

• A minimum of one year of experience in housekeeping from luxury hotels or resorts
• Ability to comprehend public health and environmental requirements pertaining to crew public areas
• Effective communication in English
• Understanding of the foundation of guest service; ability and willingness to deliver outstanding service to our guests
• Motivation to excel in all aspects of job duties and responsibilities
• Personable communicator with outstanding social skills and a warm, friendly, and caring personality
• Ability to continuously surprise and delight guests throughout their cruise experience
• Commitment to establish and maintain courteous and professional working relationships in a diverse cultural environment
