Senior DFT Engineer - Hardware

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior DFT Engineer to join their team in Bengaluru, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and validation of test features for high-speed IOs, including crafting test features crucial for manufacturing testability of High-Speed IOs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DFT Engineering and Post Si DFX Productization, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate test features for high-speed IOs using verification methodologies like UVM and NVIDIA Internal tools.
• Work on automation, flow development, and improvement, coverage metrics, test execution, bug identification, and fix.
• Solve complex test problems in the mixed-signal world and develop scalable test solutions.
• Collaborate with IP teams, Mixed Signal Circuit design teams, and other DFX teams.

Requirements:

• Btech/BE/BS or Mtech/ME/MS in EE/ECE or equivalent experience.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of logic design, architecture, and verification.
• Strong background in DFT Engineering and Post Si DFX Productization.
• Strong coding skills in industry-standard scripting languages.
• 5+ years of experience in DFT and/or industry-standard verification flows.
