Art director (campaigns)

Fuse Energy is a vertically integrated energy company with a mission to make energy cheap, clean, and abundant. They're building an in-house content and creative team and are looking for an Art Director to own the creative and visual vision for their campaigns and shoots.

The role involves:

• Owning the insight, concept, and visual vision for campaigns, shoots, and produced content
• Directing the shoot creatively, including casting and selecting talent, finding and briefing influencers, and deciding the look, props, and set
• Coordinating with product and operations on big launches
• Briefing social strategists and carrying concepts from idea to final frame

Requirements include:

• A proven track record of coming up with sharp ideas and holding the whole creative world of a campaign in your head
• Strong visual eye and ability to distinguish great from good
• 3+ years experience as an Art Director
