EA Create is a collective of content production teams partnering with EA Studios game teams to deliver outstanding visuals, audio and technology. Our teams consist of artists, engineers, technicians, designers and development directors. Worldwide, we combine our teams to form a global group of extraordinary individuals fueled by imagination and a unified passion for creating amazing visuals, sound and experiences. EA Create is looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team. This will be a temporary, 12-month contract, position working hybrid from our office in Burnaby.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of administrative responsibilities to support our team's goals while following EA's procedures.
  • Manage team purchasing, ensuring accurate records and compliance with policy.
  • Corporate Card reconciliation: Process reimbursements using the Emburse tool and process Amex reconciliation monthly for EA and staff business expenses.
  • Update distribution lists and tracking of team information such as floor plans.
  • Support onboarding of new employees, including desk assignments, equipment setup, and orientation materials.
  • Partner with Workplace Experience for space planning, cleaning, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Partner with IT for equipment setup, tracking, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage office supplies, snacks, and shared equipment.
  • Prepare rooms, materials, and technology for presentations, meetings, and site visits.
  • Support coordination of studio space, reservations, and shipping arrangements.
  • Plan office events, team-building activities, and celebrations.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in an administrative environment.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information, budgets, and expense records.
  • You're comfortable working and communicating with multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and scheduling abilities.
  • Flexible with a wide variety of constantly changing tasks.
  • Experience booking travel and VISA coordination.
  • Believe in teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word).

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

PAY RANGES

  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) $60,300 - $78,800 CAD
