Travel Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will work with patients in various settings, including outpatient clinics and hospitals. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and education
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
• Document patient progress and outcomes

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Indiana
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
