What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the design and development of distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native AI/ML solutions.
- Driving architectural decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance across platforms.
- Providing technical leadership on multiple projects and influencing engineering strategy.
- Hands-on coding across backend and frontend systems using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Mentoring junior engineers through code reviews, architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical problem-solving.
- Applying the latest advancements in AI and ML to enhance existing systems and develop innovative new solutions.
- Fostering a collaborative engineering culture focused on learning, quality, and innovation.

What You'll Need:
- Advanced proficiency in Python programming for both backend and full stack development.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, including containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Working knowledge of Generative AI, LLM-powered applications, and machine learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design.
- Ability to lead architectural decisions and provide technical guidance across projects.
