We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Operations team at Williams F1 Team, based in Grove, Wantage.

The Operations team plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring the smooth running of our facilities and services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the team's facilities, including the factory, warehouse, and offices
• Oversee the procurement and inventory management of goods and services
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
• Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets and costs

Requirements:

• Experience in operations or a related field
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
