Physical Therapist

We are seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join our team at our Natick location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. You will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct evaluations and assessments, and provide education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
• Provide physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and home exercise programs
• Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
