Job Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent team at Flexport. The successful candidate will focus on high-volume hiring for Sales and Operations / GTM roles, primarily for early-career professionals. You will own full recruiting cycles, source and engage high-potential candidates, conduct a high volume of candidate screens daily, and partner with hiring managers and the recruiting team to plan hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full recruiting cycles with a focus on early-career/entry-level hires
• Source and engage high-potential candidates to build robust pipelines
• Conduct a high volume of candidate screens daily while maintaining consistency and candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers and the recruiting team to plan hiring strategies, manage priorities, and deliver results
• Monitor recruiting metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements
• Serve as an ambassador of our employer brand, designing outreach campaigns and referral initiatives
• Experiment with and adopt modern recruiting tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with some exposure to high volume hiring
• Exceptional organization skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail orientation, especially in managing data, candidate handoffs, and feedback loops
• Comfort working with metrics and data
• A growth mindset
• Experience with sourcing automation tools, personalization of outreach, or employer branding initiatives

Salary Information

The US base salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000 USD.
